Costume Delivery Information
All costume deliveries are handled by Royal Mail and the following options are available:
- 1ST Class Delivery - £4.99 ex VAT for 1st class despatch; this is not a guaranteed next working day service, but 96% of deliveries are next working day. This can be tracked but it is not insured. You must wait 10 days to approach us to claim against a non-delivery, we will then approach the Royal Mail to lodge a claim.
- 1ST Class Tracked Delivery –£5.99 ex VAT for 1st Class despatch; this is a 2 -3 day service, but 96% of deliveries are next working day. This can be tracked online and is insured.
- Special Next Day Delivery – £8.49 ex VAT for a guaranteed next working day by 1pm service to 99% of the UK. This can be tracked online, with electronic POD and is insured up to £2,500*. Please note when using this service on a Friday for a Saturday delivery that orders need to be with us by 3pm.
We can ship to BFPO but cannot ship to PO Boxes.
Once an order has been placed we cannot cancel the order, add new items to the order or remove items from the order.

We deliver throughout Musselburgh, Edinburgh, the Lothians and the Borders.

5-10 miles - £10
10-20 miles - £20
20-30 miles - £30
For anywhere over 30 miles contact us for a delivery price. Any orders over £120 and within 20 miles receive free delivery.
With most deliveries, unless otherwise stated, we put it out for you and make sure it looks right for your special day. This is at no extra charge as we are happy to help take that extra stress off your shoulders.
We are only a 5 minute car ride from the City Bypass/A1 junction, Newcraighall, Fort Kinnaird and the Milton Link junctions. North High street is situated to the west of the Brunton Theatre as you head for Portobello. A map is available here
