Costume Returns Policy

If the product you receive does not match your original order we will refund purchases providing they are sent back at the customer's expense and are sealed in the original packaging within 7 working days of the order along with the original receipt.

For hygiene reasons the following products are sealed with tamper proof seals: earrings, gloves, make-up, tights, underwear and wigs. We will be unable to refund or exchange any of these products if the tamper seals have been removed.

Any unwanted items must be sent back at the customer's expense in original packaging and condition.

Any customer wishing to return items must get in contact with us first via email. You can get in contact here. Any return that is sent back to us without authorisation will not be accepted.

Balloon Returns Policy

Latex balloons that have left the shop and have burst there after will not be replaced/ refunded.If the latex balloon has gotten smaller and seems to have a flaw these will be replaced/ refunded.

If a foil balloon has gone down or burst even after it has left the shop please bring the balloon back for inspection and we will decide from there whether or not it will be replaced/refunded depending on what has caused the balloon to deflate/burst.

All balloons that are delivered by us will be replaced then and there should any deflate/burst. We pride ourselves on making your function look the best it possibly can be. Should any latex balloons burst after we have left the delivery address, these will not be able to be replaced/refunded, however should a foil balloon burst/deflate these can either be replaced or refunded, depending on the circumstances.

All balloons that are collected from the shop will be replaced should the balloon burst whilst still in the shop. No balloon will be replaced/refunded should the wrong item be bought.
